Nick Ljubic is the Principle Director and has an extensive background in retail management in the food industry and general retail from small scale to large scale businesses. This has allowed an in depth understanding of the retail market and how retailers operate.

With over 14 years experience in Shopping Centre Management and Leasing, applying sound management practices and great people skills has allowed us to provide a specialist role in shopping centre management and leasing. By combining the retail knowledge and the Landlords requirements in their investment in shopping centres allows us to achieve outstanding results and build strong retailer relationships.

Nick is a licensed real estate agent and has received the Graduate Certificate in Shopping Centre Management through the Macquarie AGSM.
