Crossroads Homemaker Centre - Casula Sydney

This is an establised 50,000m GLA centre where we have completed a thorough review of its strengths and weaknessess and put in place a strategy, working with a proactive owner to implement change. Currently working through a leasing re-mix, creating additional tenancies to improve the variety offered and longer term development opportunities with additional rezoned land. The recent additions of a Childs Play Centre, Gymnasium and new retail offers previously not available at the centre has led to a substantial increase in traffic and new customers to the property.
 

New Project: Station Plaza Shopping Centre – St Marys.

We have been engaged to assist the current management team with infill leasing on this Coles 20 shop neighbourhood centre.

This asset has localized issues and our experience is being added to assist with Infill Leasing and tenancy mix review.

New Project: Elermore Shopping Centre – Newcastle.

This project is a BILO Supermarket 20 Shop neighbourhood centre in the Newcastle area which was recently acquired by a private investor.

Our involvement in this asset commenced with a full Due Diligence review prior to purchase and then subsequent advice on operations, budgeting, leasing and possible future development.

Working with the Owner and their consultants our immediate objective is to provide a review of the current tenancy mix and assist with infill leasing to create an improved customer offer in the immediate future. 

Additionally we are undertaking a full review of the asset and future potential and assisting with master planning and lifecycle of this asset.
